How does it work?

The app allows you to confirm your identity through a few simple steps:

1. The app prompts you to take a photo of your identification document.
2. At the request of the Alfam Identification app, it reads the NFC chip from your ID.
3. Finally, you will be asked to take a selfie.

When should you use the Alfam Identification app?

This app is necessary only when you have been requested to verify your identity. Such requests may come through the mail or via an intermediary, prompting you to proceed with the identification process.

The Alfam Identification app is available for both new and existing customers at Defam, Credivance, GreenLoans, and Alpha Credit Netherlands. We handle your data with the utmost care. No data is stored on your phone after using this app, and you can delete it immediately after verification is complete.
